Condominium Property Management

In addition to the above residential services Summa Property Management will manage your condominium corporation and provide a high level of service and attention specific to your condominium corporation needs.

• Plan and attend regularly scheduled condominium board meetings, including the AGM.
• Ensure adherence to the Condominium Corporation by-laws and rules and regulations and make recommendations for improvements when and where necessary
• Work with Auditors for the year end
• Collect the condominium fees
• Provide monthly income statements and management reports
• Be on-site on a regular basis to ensure that personal professional attention is given to your condominium corporation to assist in maintaining it’s overall value and maintenance.
