Mystery Shops

Mystery Shop inspections include a site visit to the property to meet with the Superintendent and or the leasing agent.

We will complete a comprehensive report pinpointing areas that highlight showings of the suite. We will focus on taking note of the quality of the units viewed and the salesmanship of the on-site leasing staff inclusive of their closing technique.
Other areas that are focused on include; the curb appeal of the building and property, general maintenance issues, signage, any amenities and any other factors that may affect the rentability of the unit.

We use a scoring system in order to evaluate how the property and on-site staff are performing based on a scale for each category to evaluate their skills when renting suites.

Upon finalizing this portion of the Mystery Shop we then compile the information and summarize it in a comprehensive report.

Property Inspections

We can also provide more detailed property inspections that are separate from a Mystery Shop to determine a properties needs and general condition at the time of the inspection.
